Appreciate blocking of protesters

Editor, Register-Mail: I would like to thank the Knox College group who stopped the protesters from disrupting the funeral. That was not the time or the place for this, and I hope the group members who took it upon themselves to do such an outrageous thing go back where they came from and never show their faces here again.

A soldier died and he should be respected for that and what he was doing for this country and the people who live here so we can protest things we don't like. But let's do our protesting at the right place and time. Thank you. - Ethel Clark, Galesburg
