GALESBURG - Robert E. McDaniel, 38, 836 Churchill Ave., was sentenced to 50 days in jail with credit for time served and charged $224 in Knox County Circuit Court Thursday for criminal damage to property.
- Rebecca Steggens, no age listed, 721 Michigan Ave., was charged $165 for a burning violation.
- Lomac A. Payton II, 33, 451 S. Henderson St., was sentenced to 10 days in jail and charged $300 plus court costs for driving with a revoked license.
- Jose L.C. Melchi, 26,465 W. First St., was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for time served for criminal damage to property.
- Mandy L. Bailey, 30, 540 Mathews St., was charged $600 plus court costs for unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
- Charged $145 were Jaeson A. Pierson II, 29, no address listed, trespass; Les P. Whitman, 22, 855 N. Cedar St., refusing to leave; Rex A. Carlson, 42, Wataga, hauler and recycling ordinance violations; Brett T. Harlan, 22, 1402 Monmouth Blvd., disorderly conduct/fighting; and Daniel F. DeCrane, 43, 1639 Willard St., rude conduct.
- A charge of violating a nuisance ordinance against Coray Tiff, no age or address listed, was not prosecuted.
- A charge of rude conduct against Carol D. Mosley, 37, 279 Michigan Ave., was not prosecuted.

- On Wednesday, Michael L. Simmons, 45, 108 Mill Road, Abingdon, was sentenced to 120 days in jail concurrent with a Warren County case and charged $912 for violating an order of protection. A charge of domestic battery was not prosecuted pursuant to a plea agreement.

- A charge of domestic battery against Glenn L. Pulley, 66, 768 W. Tompkins St., was not prosecuted due to insufficient evidence.

- Brandon E. Davis, 24, Milan, was ordered to pay $504 in restitution and charged $300 plus court costs for theft.

- Charges of unlawful possession of cannabis with intent to deliver, unlawful possession of cannabis, unlawful possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, against Ernesto C. Ponce, 52, no address listed, were not prosecuted. Ponce is being prosecuted in a federal case.
- Two charges of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance against Barry J. Hill, 31, 206 Cottage Ave., were not prosecuted due to insufficient evidence.
- On Oct. 20, Tammy L. Dragoo, 45, Alpha, was sentenced to 12 days in jail and charged $562 for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis.

- Bambi L. English, 23, 301 E. Main St., Knoxville, was charged $455 for unlawful delivery of alcohol to a minor.

- On Oct. 16, Amber L. Schultz, 25, no address listed, was sentenced to three years in prison with credit for 142 days served, and charged $1,100 plus court costs for possession of meth manufacturing materials.
- Lisa M. Montgomery, 46, 663 E. North St., was sentenced to 48 months probations and charged $1,100 for possession of meth manufacturing materials. Additional charges of participation in meth production, possession of a meth precursor and possession of anhydrous ammonia were not prosecuted.
- Kimberly L. Davis, 36, Waukegan, was charged $100 plus court fees for receiving money goods obtained in violation of the Illinois credit card act.
- Kevin L.C. Higgins, 17, 111 Kimmitt Drive, East Galesburg, was charged $800 plus court costs for unlawful possession of cannabis.
- Charges of battery against Ryan J. Arch, 22, Kewanee were not prosecuted at the complainant's request.
