GALESBURG - Robert E. McDaniel, 38, 836 Churchill Ave., was sentenced to 50 days in jail with credit for time served and charged $224 in Knox County Circuit Court Thursday for criminal damage to property.

- Rebecca Steggens, no age listed, 721 Michigan Ave., was charged $165 for a burning violation.

- Lomac A. Payton II, 33, 451 S. Henderson St., was sentenced to 10 days in jail and charged $300 plus court costs for driving with a revoked license.

- Jose L.C. Melchi, 26,465 W. First St., was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for time served for criminal damage to property.

- Mandy L. Bailey, 30, 540 Mathews St., was charged $600 plus court costs for unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

- Charged $145 were Jaeson A. Pierson II, 29, no address listed, trespass; Les P. Whitman, 22, 855 N. Cedar St., refusing to leave; Rex A. Carlson, 42, Wataga, hauler and recycling ordinance violations; Brett T. Harlan, 22, 1402 Monmouth Blvd., disorderly conduct/fighting; and Daniel F. DeCrane, 43, 1639 Willard St., rude conduct.

- A charge of violating a nuisance ordinance against Coray Tiff, no age or address listed, was not prosecuted.

- A charge of rude conduct against Carol D. Mosley, 37, 279 Michigan Ave., was not prosecuted.

- A charge of public intoxication against Joshua A. Moten, 20, no address listed, was dismissed.

- On Wednesday, Michael L. Simmons, 45, 108 Mill Road, Abingdon, was sentenced to 120 days in jail concurrent with a Warren County case and charged $912 for violating an order of protection. A charge of domestic battery was not prosecuted pursuant to a plea agreement.

- Dianna M. McGruder, 23, 616 W. South St., was sentenced to 14 days in jail with credit for time served and charged court costs for criminal damage to property.

- Larry E. Ashby, 47, 813 Ellison, Abingdon, was sentenced to two days in jail and charged $629 for domestic battery.

- Rebecca M. Turner, 20, was charged $500 plus court costs for criminal trespass to a building.

- Eddie J. Claeys Jr., 42, 711 Avenue A., was charged $269 for harrassment by telephone.

- A charge of domestic battery against Sherri L. Corder, 39, 269 N. Chambers St., was not prosecuted due to insufficient evidence.

- A charge of domestic battery against Glenn L. Pulley, 66, 768 W. Tompkins St., was not prosecuted due to insufficient evidence.

- A charge of domestic battery against Robert E. McDaniel Jr., 38, no address listed, was not prosecuted pursuant to a plea agreement.

- A charge of driving with a driving with a suspended license against Scott Carl Curtis Clark, 43, 26 Lorraine Drive, was not prosecuted.

- On Tuesday, Jamie A. Campbell, 18, Rock Island, was charged $269 for criminal trespass to land.

- On Monday, Roger D. Simpkins, 26, no address listed, was sentenced to four years in prison with credit for time served, for residential burglary.

- Dominque D. McClendon, 18, 63 Main St., Abingdon, was sentenced to two years in prison with credit for 293 days served for robbery. Charges of unlawful restraint, aggravated unlawful restraint and armed robbery were not prosecuted pursuant to a plea agreement.

- Arthur E. Remaly, 27, no address listed, was sentenced to three days in jail and charged $362 for domestic battery.

- Brandon E. Davis, 24, Milan, was ordered to pay $504 in restitution and charged $300 plus court costs for theft.

- Matthew A. Friend, 20, 386 N. Academy St., was charged $664 for possession of cannabis.

- Jimmy L. Mackey, 19, 877 Mulberry St., was charged $659 for possession of cannabis.

- Heather S. Johnson, 29, 778 Pine St., was charged $269 for battery.

- Charges of unlawful possession of cannabis with intent to deliver, unlawful possession of cannabis, unlawful possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, against Ernesto C. Ponce, 52, no address listed, were not prosecuted. Ponce is being prosecuted in a federal case.

- Two charges of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance against Barry J. Hill, 31, 206 Cottage Ave., were not prosecuted due to insufficient evidence.

- On Oct. 20, Tammy L. Dragoo, 45, Alpha, was sentenced to 12 days in jail and charged $562 for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis.

- Steven L. Remaly, 24, no address listed, was charged $462 for domestic battery.

- On Oct. 19, Donald A. Woods, 19, Chicago, was sentenced to 60 days in jail and $900 plus court costs for manufacturing/delivery of cocaine.

- Craig M. Hasley, 24, 1761 S. Cherry St., was sentenced to two days in jail and charged $372 for domestic battery.

- Bambi L. English, 23, 301 E. Main St., Knoxville, was charged $455 for unlawful delivery of alcohol to a minor.

- On Oct. 16, Amber L. Schultz, 25, no address listed, was sentenced to three years in prison with credit for 142 days served, and charged $1,100 plus court costs for possession of meth manufacturing materials.

- Lisa M. Montgomery, 46, 663 E. North St., was sentenced to 48 months probations and charged $1,100 for possession of meth manufacturing materials. Additional charges of participation in meth production, possession of a meth precursor and possession of anhydrous ammonia were not prosecuted.

- Kimberly L. Davis, 36, Waukegan, was charged $100 plus court fees for receiving money goods obtained in violation of the Illinois credit card act.

- Kevin L.C. Higgins, 17, 111 Kimmitt Drive, East Galesburg, was charged $800 plus court costs for unlawful possession of cannabis.

- Charges of battery against Ryan J. Arch, 22, Kewanee were not prosecuted at the complainant's request.
