GALESBURG - Malorie K. Sellon, 17, 432 W. Prospect St., was charged $256 and put on court supervision for one year for theft Friday in Knox County Circuit Court.

- Betty J. Welty, 79, 262 S. Academy St., was charged $218 and put on court supervision for four months for battery.

- A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia against Michael J. Lesieur, 23, 796 E. Main St., was not prosecuted as a part of a plea agreement.

- On Thursday, Michael L. Neal, 32, 191 N. Prairie St., was charged $429 for two charges of public intoxication and a charge of resisting a police officer.

- Curtis C. Cunningham, 21, 1145 E. South St., was charged $245 for resisting an officer.

- Richard Varnold, 58, Wataga, was charged $202 for allowing animals at large.

- Rebecca K. Johnson, 25, 160 N. Chambers St., was charged $202 for fighting.

- Charged $202 for disorderly conduct were Cheryl A. Booth, 33, 102 Walnut St.; and Angela D. Powers, 43, 230 Pine St.

- Charged $202 for trespassing were Erick L. Atkins, 20, 523 W. South St.; Donald A. Woods, 19, 508 Iowa Court.

- Tahnee D. Mountjoy, 21, 2030 E. Main St., was charged $163.60 for a loud noise violation.

- Coley Jenkin, 60, 230 W. Main St., was charged $163.60 for failure to register as a landlord.

- Sophia E. Interial, 29, 560 Liberty St., was charged $143 for refusing to leave.

- Karla K. Kalin, 29, 232 Lincoln St., was charged $143 for a vehicle license violation.

- Eric E. Muhammad, 20, 583 W. South St., was charged $143 for consumption of alcohol by a minor.

- Charged $143 for public intoxication were Shawn R. Essex, 39, 558 N. Seminary St.; and Adam M. Schultz, 20, 215 N. Academy St.

- Charged $143 for fighting were Tony G. Simpson Jr., 21, 345 W. Fourth St.; and Zachary Simpson, 19, 345 W. Fourth St.

- A 15-year-old Galesburg boy was charged $75 for a curfew violation.

- A curfew violation against a 12-year-old Galesburg boy was not prosecuted because it was referred to Teen Court.

- A charge of fighting against Michael E. Ryden, 30, 1541 Clay St., was dismissed.

- On Wednesday, William C. Patch, 21, 847 Pine St., was charged $266 for unlawful use of weapons.

- A charge of domestic battery against Richard D. Garza, 38, 931 W. North St., was not prosecuted because the victim did not appear in court.

- A charge of domestic battery against Ryan G. Holmes, 21, 1531 Bateman St., was not prosecuted because the victim did not appear to testify.

- A charge of domestic battery against Nigel J. Unger, 33, 168 N. Pearl St., was not prosecuted due to lack of evidence.

- A charge of domestic battery against Malinda R. Williams, 38, 4370 Westport Circle, was not prosecuted at the request of the victim.

- A charge of failure to properly display registration against Sharon K. Sholl, 58, 985 Breezy Bluff, was not prosecuted due to lack of evidence.

- On Wednesday, two charges of forgery against Ashley M. Burns, 18, 300 E. Davis St., were not prosecuted as a part of a plea agreement.

- On Monday, a charge of forgery against Nichole A. Woods, 24, Kewanee, was not prosecuted due to lack of evidence.
