GALESBURG - Joshua L. Fleisher, 26, no address listed, was sentenced to four years in prison with credit for 94 days served in Knox County Circuit Court Thursday for financially exploiting an elderly or disabled person and theft by deception. Fleisher also was ordered to pay restitution of $10,000.

- Lisa M. Fleisher, 22, Maquon, was sentenced to 60 days in jail with credit for time served and ordered to pay $10,000 in restitution for financially exploiting an elderly or disabled person and theft by deception.

- Heidi J. McFadden, 32, 737 Maple Ave., was sentenced to 60 days in jail with credit for time served and charged $600 plus court costs for obstructing justice. A charge of resisting arrest was not prosecuted.

- Henry L. Morris, 30, no address listed, was sentenced to 10 days in jail with credit for time served and charged $137 for disorderly conduct.

- Jose A. Rios, 27, 420 N. 2nd St., Monmouth, was charged $399 for battery. A charge of domestic battery was not prosecuted.

- Asheem M. Afutu, 18, 686 Home Blvd., was charged $259 for battery. A charge of domestic battery was not prosecuted.

- Dominique D. McClendon, 19, 1054 S. Academy St., was charged $195 for frequenting a bar as a minor.

- Alex M. Walker, 22, no address listed, was charged $170 for resisting arrest and $170 for refusing to leave.

- Craig E. Stewart, 28, 858 E. Prospect St., was charged $165 for fighting.

- Charged $145 for fighting were Brian K. Sherman, 20, 279 Michigan Ave.; Tyler R. Mason, 21, 532 Michigan Ave.; Kevin L. Campbell, 29, 670 S. Academy St.; and Michael W. Spellman, 33, 631 Peck St.

- Charged $145 for public intoxication were Michael E. Beller, 31, 843 S. Chambers St.; Michael D. Hanne, 52, 255 W. Tompkins St.; and John R. Larkin, 32, 231 W. Second St.

- Charged $145 for disorderly conduct were Roger R. Anderson, 68, 121 W. Simmons St.; Jessica M. Johnson, 19, 249 Pine St.; and Ryan B. Beck, 24, 667 E. Brooks St..

- Charged $145 were Ryan W. Burmood, 30, 432 N. Broad St., refusing to leave, and Ryan B. Beck, 24, 667 E. Brooks St., trespass.

- Charges of criminal trespass to property and criminal trespass to land against Shannon D. Hawthorne, 26, Chicago, were not prosecuted at the complainant's request.

- A charge of theft under $300 against Teuray Cornell, 31, 224 N. Broad St., was not prosecuted due to insufficient evidence.

- A charge of domestic battery against William J. Johnson, 49, 1094 McClure St., was not prosecuted due to the alleged victim not appearing in court to testify.

- A charge of domestic battery against Donald Mason, 45, 94 Illinois Ave., was not prosecuted at the complainant's request.

- A charge of domestic battery against Cy Hughes, 49, 332 E. Second St., was not prosecuted due to the alleged victim not appearing in court to testify.

- On Wednesday, Alyssa J. Parkinson, 22, no address listed, was sentenced to 50 days in jail with credit for 25 days served and ordered to pay $1,900 in restitution for theft.

- Garrett Stancomb, 31, 1022 S. Academy St., was sentenced to 20 days in jail with credit for time served and ordered to pay $1,100 in restitution for theft. A residential burglary charge was not prosecuted.

- Charles R. Morris, 30, 748 Holton St., was sentenced to 14 days in jail and charged $300 plus court costs for driving with a suspended license. A charge of retail theft was dismissed.

- A charge of child abduction against Lyle L. Firebaugh, 52, no address listed, was not prosecuted due to the defendant establishing custody in Hawaii before the issuance of bill of indictment.

- On Monday, Channing L. Empson, 17, 320 W. Miners St., Wataga, was sentenced to 14 days in jail with credit for time served and charged court costs for domestic battery and retail theft.

- Stephen W. Boone, 47, Oneida, was sentenced to four days in jail with credit for time served and charged $269 for violating an order of protection. A charge of criminal damage to property was not prosecuted pursuant to a plea agreement.

- Ivan K. Line, 56, 929 Lyman St., was sentenced to two days in jail and charged $609 for domestic battery.

- Marlo E. Smith, 47, 62 Sumner St., was charged $147 for theft.

- Eliha D. King, 20, Long Prairie, Minn., was charged $145 for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and $145 for public intoxication.
