Man dead following ATV accident

Kent Kelly, 52, Altona, was pronounced dead at the scene at 11:15 p.m. at 1512 Knox Road 2100N. No other vehicles were involved, a Knox County Sheriff's deputy said. No other details were available Saturday evening.

Knox County Coroner Mark Thomas said Kelly appeared to have died from blunt force injuries. No autopsy is planned, but toxicology tests are pending. An inquest will be scheduled.
