GALESBURG - Montrell Burnett, 31, Milwaukee, was attempting to turn left onto East Losey Street from Seminary Street at 1:14 p.m. Wednesday when the delivery door on his trailer opened and struck a window of a van driven by Susan M. Stolt, 55, 3127 Buckingham Road. Burnett was cited for failure to secure a door.
- A van driven by Natalie J. Schwab, 32, 306 Madison St., Knoxville, struck the rear of a car driven by Amanda S. England, 21, Gilson, at 5:17 p.m. Tuesday at Grand and Chappell avenues. Schwab was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. It was incorrectly reported in Thursday's edition that England's vehicle struck Schwab's van.
- Dottie L. Lovell, 72, 168 Lake St., and Sharon K. Kampmeier, 61, Pekin, were backing their vehicles out of driveways at 5:47 p.m. Monday at 168 Lake St., when the cars collided. No citations were issued.
- An SUV driven by Rebecca J. Bridges, 19, Alexis, struck the rear of a car driven by Nicole M. Chase, 20, 778 E. Fourth St., at 12:41 p.m. Monday in the 1400 block of Henderson street. Bridges was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
- A car driven by Gabriel Howell, 17, 2347 Daniel Drive, struck the rear of a van driven by John W. O'Reilly, 56, 819 N. Ellison, Abingdon at 12:38 p.m. Monday at Henderson and Losey streets. The collision forced O'Reilly's van into a car driven by Sandra K. Busch, 57, 649 N. Broad St. Howell was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
