Athletic physicals Monday at GHS

GALESBURG - The annual all-sports physical night will be held for all Lombard Middle School, Churchill Junior High, Costa Junior High and Galesburg High School athletes starting at 5:30 p.m. Monday in John Thiel Gym.

The exams will be done alphabetically, with last names starting with A through D at 5:30 p.m., E through K at 6:15 p.m., L through R at 7 p.m. and S through Z at 7:45 p.m. No physicals will be given after 8:30 p.m.

Parents must complete and sign the athlete's health history information prior to the exam. Forms are available at each school. A $4 donation will be collected at the exam.
