Galesburg Historical Society

GALESBURG - The next monthly meeting of the Galesburg Historical Society will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday at 573 N. Cherry St. Please note the change of location for this month. Agenda items include discussion of activities for Railroad Days. The public is welcome. The Tram Tour committee is looking for people to volunteer to be ghosts of people from Galesburg's past. Anyone interested should call Edie at 343-2187 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Mosaic Club

Orpheum Orators Toastmasters

GALESBURG - The Orpheum Orators Toastmasters meet at 6 p.m. the second and fourth Wednesday of every month at the Galesburg Area Convention and Visitors Bureau, 2163 E. Main St. Toastmasters members hone their speaking skills in a positive environment. Meetings last approximately one hour and new members are always welcome. For information, call 343-2485.
