Victoria S. 'Vicki' Ortery 1949-2008 Thursday, February 7, 2008 GALESBURG - Victoria S. "Vicki" Ortery, 58, 1145 Frank St., died at 5:47 p.m. Sunday (Feb. 3, 2008) in OSF St. Mary Medical Center.She was born Oct. 19, 1949, in Galesburg, the daughter of Charles LeRoy and Vada Pearl Shelton Rutledge. She married James Derice Miles, David Stratton and James Ortery. She is survived by two sons, James Dewayne Miles and Daniel Dean (and Shannin) Stratton Sr., both of Galesburg; a daughter, Crystala Michelle Stratton, Bushnell; three brothers, David Rutledge, Robert Rutledge and Richard Rutledge, all of Rockford; a sister, Patsy Wells in Iowa; and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother. She was a cocktail waitress and a homemaker. She graduated from Galesburg High School. She was a member of Calvary Assembly of God Church. She enjoyed arts and crafts and bingo. Graveside service will be at 2:15 p.m. Friday in Memorial Park Cemetery. Eleanor Landon will officiate.
