Lawrence E. 'Toby' Cooley Monday, February 4, 2008 Abingdon - Lawrence E. "Toby" Cooley, 69, Abingdon, died at 7:55 p.m. Friday (Feb. 1, 2008) at OSF St. Mary Medical Center, Galesburg.Toby is survived by his wife, Luella; a son, Greg Cooley of Abingdon; a sister, Rose Mary (and Thomas) Humphrey of Galesburg; and an aunt, Frances Wall of Galesburg. He was preceded in death by his parents, two infant daughters, three sisters and a brother. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 6, at Hinchliff-Pearson-West Abingdon Chapel, with prayer service at 7 p.m. Cremation will be accorded after the prayer service with burial later.
