Mildred L. Austin 1929-2008 Friday, February 1, 2008 BRADENTON, Fla. - Mildred L. Austin, 78, a resident of Bradenton since 1978, formerly of Monmouth, Ill., died Jan. 25, 2008.She was born May 11, 1929. Mildred was a bookkeeper all of her life, working at various businesses and retiring from an auto dealership in Galesburg. She married Lyle D. Austin in 1953. He preceded her in death in January 1976. While in Florida, she had been active in antique auto clubs and the Railroad Retirement Board of Central Florida. Survivors include: sons, Chuck (Lori) Austin and Jim (Nora) Austin of Monmouth; daughter, Ann Parker of Delray Beach, Fla.; four grandchildren; and a special friend, Lloyd Dickinson. A visitation and memorial service was held in Bradenton at Brown and Sons Funeral Home and Crematory.
