GALESBURG - Gary N. Condreay, 32, 202 N. Carlysle, Abingdon, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, fined $243 and ordered to complete 240 hours of community service work Wednesday in Knox County traffic court for driving while license revoked. Charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and disobeying a stop sign were dismissed.
- Larry E. Ashby, 46, 907 Ellison, Abingdon, was sentenced to 10 days in jail and fined $112 for driving with a revoked license.
- Christopher T. Johnson, 25, Woodhull, was fined $1,396 and put on court supervision for two years for DUI. A charge of speeding was dismissed.
- Tara A. Empson, 25, Altona, was fined $243 for leaving the scene of an accident.
- Katherine Rutledge, 26, 900 W. Dayton St., was fined $226 for driving without a valid license.
- Michael G. Johnson, 25, Woodhull, was fined $204 and put on court supervision for three months for improper lane usage.
- Scott D. Carlson, 39, 1228 Day St., was fined $168 and put on court supervision for three months for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. A charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle was dismissed.
- Daniel B. Miller, 47, 1536 N. Farnham St., was fined $159 for operating a motor vehicle with an expired registration.
- Antoine C. Carter, 34, 139 Indiana Ave., was fined $117 for failure to wear a seat belt.
- Debra L. Wallace, 33, 61 Herring, was fined $95 for failure to secure a child in a child restraint system.
- Fined $75 were Richard J. Bou, 32, Virginia Beach, Va., and Debra D. Triplett, 50, 207 W. Snider St., Abingdon, both for speeding; and Julia K. Brodrick, 38, 232 N. Sixth St., Monmouth, operating a motor vehicle with an expired registration.
- Charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle against the following people were dismissed: Jason L. Keller, 25, 720 Victoria St., Wataga; Joseph S. Mason, 16, Gilson; and Linda L. Pesci, 49, 1411 E. Fifth St.
- On Tuesday, fined $75 were Joel D. Archer III, 18, Maquon, loud muffler; Harlan E. Mitchell, 44, Victoria, improper lane usage; and Eric S. Peterson, 28, 1530 Knox Road 1020E, Knoxville, operating a motor vehicle with an expired registration.
- Casey R. Swing, 19, 335 Kings Canyon, was fined $55 for failure to wear a seat belt.
- Charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and failure to wear a seat belt against Christopher R. Banks, 25, London Mills, were not prosecuted, insufficient evidence.
- A charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle against Douglas M. Good, 24,1095 S. Academy St., was dismissed.
- On Monday, Michael G. Maher, 54, Edwardsville, was fined $75 for following too close. A charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle was not prosecuted pursuant to plea.
- Leonard L. Mitchell, 43, 558 N. Broad St., was fined $55 for failure to wear a seat belt.
- A charge of failure to signal when required against Deborah Dahl-Simpson, 48, 510 Hebard St., Knoxville, was not prosecuted. insufficient evidence.
- On. Jan. 19, charges of driving while license suspended, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, illegal transportation of alcohol, driving without lights when required and failure to wear a seat belt against Bobby J. Szydloski, 43, 498 W. Brooks St., were not prosecuted pursuant to felony plea.
