Cox, 79, rural Lomax, died at 11:10 p.m. Monday (Jan. 21, 2008) in Oak Lane Nursing and Rehab Center, Stronghurst.Funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday in Carman United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Gene Turner officiating. Friends may call after 3 p.m. Thursday at Banks and Beals Funeral Home, Stronghurst; family will be present 6 to 8 p.m. Burial will be in Carman Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Carman United Methodist Church and Oak Lane Nursing and Rehab Center.
