"Mel" Norris, 63, Monmouth, died at 1:20 a.m. Tuesday (Jan. 22, 2008) at OSF Holy Family Medical Center.Visitation will be 1 to 3 p.m. Monday at Turnbull Funeral Home. Cremation will be accorded after visitation. A memorial fund is being established.
