KNOXVILLE - Dennis Klinedinst, 50, Knoxville, formerly of Bushnell, died at 7:59 p.m. Sunday (Jan. 20, 2008) at OSF St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria.

Dennis was born July 28, 1957, in Macomb, the son of Luther and Nina McClaren Klinedinst. Surviving Dennis are his parents, Luther and Nina of Bushnell; brothers, Gerald (Marceena) of Avon, Donald (Debbie) of Bushnell and Kevin (Tammy) of Bushnell; and several nieces and nephews.

Dennis graduated from Bushnell-Prairie City High School. He was employed several years for Klinedinst Construction Company of Bushnell, Galesburg Mental Health Center and Henry C. Hill Correctional Center as a guard. He was an avid gardener, loved his dogs Buddy and Felicity, and enjoyed spending time with family and friends whom he gave his unconditional love to. He was of Christian faith.

Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 24, at Watson Funeral Home. Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Watson Funeral Home. Burial will be in Bushnell Cemetery.
