Donald H. 'Butch' Foster Monday, January 21, 2008 BUSHNELL - Donald H. "Butch" Foster, 62, Bushnell, died at 9 a.m. Saturday (Jan. 19, 2008) at home.Service will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Bushnell United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Trisha Chapman officiating. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. today at Martin-Hollis Funeral Home, where friends may call after 2 p.m. Burial will be in Bushnell Cemetery. Memorials may be made to MDH Hospice.
