Four arrested on meth-related charges

OQUAWKA - Four Henderson County residents were arrested on meth-related charges after a deputy on patrol detected an odor coming from a garage near Stronghurst early Friday.Timothy D. Harmon Jr., 29; Timothy D. Harmon Sr., 55; Linda M. Harmon, 51, all of Stronghurst, and Melissa A. Squier, 29, LaHarpe, were arrested at 4 a.m. today for possession of a controlled substance - meth, possession of meth manufacturing chemicals with the intent to manufacture meth, unlawful chemical breakdown of illicit controlled substance - meth, manufacturing with the intent to deliver meth and possession of drug equipment.
Sheriff Mark Lumbeck said a deputy on patrol smelled an odor coming from a garage at the Harmon residence, rural Stronghurst. A search warrant was secured and deputies then found a meth lab in the garage along with meth making materials in the garage and residence.
Assisting Henderson County at the Harmon residence were Illinois State Police and the Illinois State Police Meth Response Team.
