Galesburg Fire Chief John Cratty helps Alisha Oscharoff carry a few possessions to a car Tuesday afternoon in front of her apartment at 64 North Prairie St. after accompanying her inside the building. Oscharoff lived in an upstairs apartment severely damaged during Monday morning's fire. She lost nearly everything.
